Lois received her first music lessons from her mother at age three.  She studied at USC after winning a scholarship in piano accompaniment.  Her final piano instructor was Madame Bonyee at the Wilshire Fine Arts Studio.  Lois received a piano scholarship at the California State College at L.A.  She served in the capacity of pianist and/or director for the Cathedral Choir of Christ Temple Church of Christ  (Holiness) U.S.A until her retirement in 2001.  Lois has taught private piano and  voice lessons.
